Cho seung-hui (January 18, 1984. April 16, 2007) , a permanent resident of the United States, a South Korean national is known for ascending The rampage at Virginia Tech university  on April 16, 2007, Cho Seung-hui, 23, a senior in the university's English department who lived on campus, shooting passersby in the campus. At least 32 people die and 21 are injured ,Some victims were shot in a classroom .there were two separate shooting incidents - one at West Ambler Johnston Hall, a student dormitory, and Norris Hall, an engineering building.
Cho committed suicide after the attacks .He had been in the United States from a young age and was a legal resident of the United States.
